Our professional and highly experienced team carry themselves to the 5 * service standards set out by PHS Residence Managers. We are more than happy to arrange for an initial visit to your property in order to go through any risk assessments that you think may be appropriate or to initially survey the upholstery and plan ahead for any specialist equipment or detergents required.
We prefer for a personal approach being delivered to our clients which allows us to meet with you face to face and discuss the fees or issue a quote.
Our residence manager will then take the quote back to the team and you will receive a copy of our T&C, transparent Fees Structure via email. On acceptance of the quote, we will organise for a date and time convenient for you to carry out the work.
