Once we have established a maintenance schedule, we will manage your current schedules as well as implement new ones where necessary. We will then oversee the implementation and ongoing delivery of a comprehensive schedule of preventative property maintenance to ensure that your property is kept in excellent working order.
As part of the PHS service, your Property Manager is on call 24/7 to assist with any emergencies or requests. He will liaise with our partner network and will deploy the right assistance to your property in a timely and efficient manner.
Tasks and Projects - On completion of the property audit by our chosen specialists, we will discuss with you the list of issues that we have identified requiring attention in your property. On your instructions, we will set to work rectifying those faults, bringing your property up to the standard you should expect.
