Our new client, a family of 3 who are living in Chelsea, London are looking for a part time, professional personal assistant.
The principals are currently self isolating and working from home however, once the COVID-19 lockdown is over and the world has beaten the pandemic, they will return to their busy social lifestyle.
For a candidate to be successful in their application, they must have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a private assistant from home on a part time basis. They must have good knowledge of London and have previously worked for private families with children.
Type: Part time, Permanent, Live-out
Days and Hours: flexible
Salary: Negotiable
Starting date: ASAP
The Duties may include but will not be limited to:
Property management
Managing a housekeeper/nanny, recruitment if needed
Liaising with subcontractors
Managing renovations around the house if needed, purchasing furniture, devices, etc
Liaising with the childs' school, teachers, tutors, etc
Arranging direct debits and processing payments of bills
Personal shopping
Travel support, organising meetings and events, etc
