Due to the global pandemic, Perfect Household Staff is receiving a high volume of enquiries about the medical testing of domestic staff not only for the COVID-19 virus but for other general health checks too.
We have, therefore, reached out to our partners in Harley Street, whom we have trusted for many years, to carry out medical checks on behalf of our Clients.
Currently the NHS is only offering testing for Coronavirus to hospitalised patients. But, even if you do not currently show any symptoms of COVID-19, the clinic is happy to enable paid Coronavirus tests to be undertaken on you and your staff. The kits are delivered via postal or courier service to your home or preferred address, with an estimated three-day turnaround period for the test results.
Most importantly, this is the only test in the world that can identify the Covid-19 virus and differentiate between nine other viruses with similar symptoms.
HOW IT WORKS
You will be required to take swabs from both the nostrils and throat. The samples are then placed in the box provided and returned as per the instructions.
WHAT THEY TEST FOR
The test is for Covid-19 and nine other viruses including MERS, SARS and Influenza A and B.
In summary, the test is for:
• Coronavirus 229E/NL63
• Coronavirus OC43/HKUI
• Adenovirus A/B/C/D/E
• Enterovirus A/B/C
• Influenza A
• Influenza B
• Rhinovirus A/B
The tests will help determine the underlying cause of the illness. Furthermore, depending on the diagnosis, the Clinic may be able to treat some of these other viruses with proven medication.
The test is performed by a world renowned, UKAS accredited British laboratory, are accurate and the results do not require further testing to confirm the diagnoses.
If you or your staff test positive for Covid-19 or any other virus, the Clinic will reach out with expert clinical guidance, initial steps about what to do, how to engage with the NHS and also any clinical advice that is necessary according to the patient’s clinical condition.
HOW ABOUT THE NHS
Positive Covid-19 results will be shared with the NHS so that cases can be properly tracked as it is a notifiable disease. What we offer is not a rival diagnostic test that is going to supplant NHS testing. Rather, this is a definitive and accurate diagnostic tool that businesses and private patients can use.
