We are looking for a professional live-in Butler for our new Client, a busy professional, who is based in the USA.The Principal's property is located in a cozy town which is one hour driving from New York and 1 mile away from the Atlantic ocean.
The Principal is a busy professional who mostly works from home, thus the successful candidate is expected to assist with some light office work as well as domestic chores. Cooking skills are not essential but would be a bonus. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the house and the successful candidate will be provided with the accommodation with a private bathroom.
It is important that we will find a person who has a valid passport/visa as well as a driving license, and can easily travel with the Principal within the Caribbean, Colorado, California and other areas as required.
The successful candidate is expected to be well-organised, to be well-mannered, to be flexible and energetic, to have highly developed managerial and diplomatic leadership skills; to be confidential and discreet and have a“can do” attitude and great attention to details as well as excellent time management and organisational skills; committed to supporting the Principal with a lifestyle.
Location: the USA, Eastern seaboard
Days: Flexible, 5-6 Days / Week
Salary: Negotiable and depends on the candidate
Driving License: required

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements but not limited to.
Energetic and enthusiastic
Able to listen and follow instructions
Able to work unsupervised
Able to maintain a professional manner at all times (formal and informal)
Displays integrity and honesty
Demonstrates attention to detail and thoroughness
Flexible working hours
Traveling with the Principal if and when needed
Assist in the arrangements and where requested host or support the Employer in meetings or events, always ensuring guests are looked after with the required etiquette.
Accompany the Employer as required on outings.
Hold any budget, paid directly to him, in trust for the Employer which may only be used for food, household items, decorative items, the dogs, events for the Employer and other approved expenses.
Order all items required and/or requested by the Employer to maintain the house as directed and ensure delivery, fit for purpose and monitor quality and satisfaction.
Maintain the Employer’s dressing room and manage wardrobe.
Undertake administrative duties, maintaining the office.
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the house and in line with the Health & Safety policy.
Undertake other duties of which you are capable and for which you have been trained or will receive training.
