Our new clients who are a family of 5, relocating to Kensington are looking for their prefect live in Russian speaking nanny to look after their 3 daughters. The girls are 8, 6 and 3 years old.
Your day will begin around 13.00 when you will be tasked to pick up the youngest child from nursery. Following the pick up, you will pick up the other two girls and take them to after school activities which are still to be confirmed.
The older girl has diabetes and you will be required to be on standby during the nights in order to assist with administering insulin or giving the child something sweet. It is not a requirement that you have done something like this previously but it is important that you are not weary of gadgets. We have been told that the process is not difficult and that the 8 years old knows how to do everything herself but, we do need the right adult to attentively follow medical instructions.
We are looking for an upbeat and positive person who is flexible, adaptable and can take guidance with a smile. The family would prefer to work and live with a calm, attentive, energetic person who loves their job and spend time actively with the children is what drives them throughout the day.
The mother is very understanding and an easy person to speak with. She is open to discuss your duties because she knows that you need to have rest and be in a good mood to care of her children. This is a long term placement and we are looking for a candidate who can dedicate at least 3 years to the family.
A bonus in this role is that the family are prepared to give you extra holidays during the children's holidays from school / nursery.

Hours: Flexible (Start 13.00 - 21.00 with occasional night duties)

You will be also required to travel with the family. Please inform us if you could travel to USA with the family in the middle of July.
If you are concerned about getting everything done, please note that the parents are very flexible in terms of duties and there will be a full time housekeeper employed by the family.
The accommodation provided is a separate double room and bathroom on the children's floor of the property.
There are no pets at the property but they are considering in adding a cat to the family.
