A lovely family based in Sussex are looking to employ a live-in Housekeeper. The position is Live-in and on a Full-Time basis. The nearest train station to the families residence is a 10 minutes drive from Pulborough train station. The family will have 4 children staying at the property therefore it will be a very positive but busy working environment. The principles are living in the beautiful 8 bedroom house.
Languages: There are no preferences of languages however the candidate must have a good command of English.
Temporary Placement possibly coming in to full time.
Working Days: Wednesday - Sunday
Working Hours: 8-9 Hours per day (Negotiable).
Starting day: ASAP
Salary: +£400 Net / week Negotiable
The duties:
- Cleaning the property to a high standard
- Helping with cooking
- Basic housekeeping duties: hovering, dusting, mopping, washing dishes etc
- Polishing Silver
- Looking after luxury fabrics/clothes
- Dry cleaning sorting
It is essential that the perfect candidate has relevant working experience in private households.
There are a cook/housekeeper and an ironing lady working at the property and a regular weekly visit to help with the household cleaning. A cleaner comes on Mondays and Tuesdays.
There are 4 dogs at the property and therefore the couple must be comfortable around animals.
The marvelous accommodation provided for the successful candidate is a room in a lovely 2 bedroom cottage a 2-minute walk to the principals home.
