Provide access to tradesmen, contractors, relatives, family members, friends or staff (on your instruction)

Key duplication – in the event that keys are lost or stolen or you simply want another set, we can arrange for copies to be made and we can deliver or post them to you

Routine check – whether you’re away for business or pleasure we can complete regular inspections of your home, both internally and externally, to ensure all is well and secure until you return. We can even start and run your car for a short while to keep it in working order

Feeding pets and watering plants – we can regularly feed your pets and water your plants while you’re away

Post and waste collection – we can collect your post and forward it on while you are away, clean and put the bins out and bring them in, and much more
