Our clients are looking for an active, Russian speaking, live-in housekeeper
Location: North London / Highgate / NW6 (Nearest tube station Highgate)
Salary: £34,000.00
Accommodation:
Ensuite room on the 1st floor of the housekeepers house
Responsibilities:
- Close work with Mister (care of clothing and personal items, etc)
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Care of fine china, silver, crystal
- Dining room / table arrangements and service
- Welcoming guests (guests come on a very rare occasion)
- Overseeing kids on rare occasion // two boys aged 8 and 12)
Working hours:
8am to 5pm, but the client is usually dines at 7:30pm and they would expect the candidate to help with service.
The family is away for almost all Summer and for all major holidays (Christmas, school holidays, Easter, etc) which means all this time their house personnel do not work full time and can stay at their own home.
There are no uniform for personnel provided, but a smart casual style attire - however they are considering introducing uniform for house personnel. Serving style is informal, the principals usually do not dress up for dinner and it is a nice family type atmosphere in general. Dinners usually do not last long.
Property: Ground floor - spacious living room, children room, study room.
First floor: five bedrooms.
Second floor: spacious study that usually doesn’t require any cleaning.
There are two other live-in employees - chauffeur and nanny.
Catering: meals for personnel, there is also separate kitchen available in the main house on the first floor and the candidate will have her personal small fridge in the room.
Successful candidate would be a Russian speaking lady with developed managerial skills and presentable looks as requested by the principals.
We would like to present4-8 candidates for an interview this week as the family will be away for holidays starting from the 31st March.
